Sound Tuning

Through the use of various instruments sound tuning creates alignment to a harmonious vibration frequency in your body and mind promoting overall well-being. Instruments vary from tuning forks, flutes, drums, rattles, light language and intuitively guided frequencies. Sound releases wave patterns that are absorbed by the body primarily through the ears and energetic body. Like ripples you see in water when there is vibration, sound vibrates creating a ripple effect in our bodies because we are made mostly out of water. 60% of our body is made of water, 73% of our brain and heart are made of water, and the winner is our lungs which are made of 83% water. Water is the source of life, made out of 2 hydrogen atoms and 1 oxygen atom. Well, now that we got all scientific, it’s important to note that atoms love to move and a harmonious type of sound moves them in a direction towards working together to restore and regenerate bigger organisms in your body. Sound travels faster through water than through air, giving your water body an advantage to self-heal faster.
